1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

• If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still be eligible for a return or refund under our Refund & Return Policy.

2. Order Cancellation by Devttaru

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

• Product is unavailable or out of stock.
• Issues with payment authorization or incomplete transactions.
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized orders.
• Errors in product pricing or description.

If your order is canceled by us, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

• If an order is canceled before it is shipped, a full refund will be creditedto the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• If the order has already been processed or shipped, refunds will be subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
